80mm flanged Vacuum relief valve

The primary function of the AMF 80mm vacuum relief valve is to prevent vacuum induced damage to the tank shell as a result of decrease of pressure in the tank due to product cooling or failure to open the manhole cover during product discharge. The pressure relief valve was developed specifically for liquid product applications characterized by high viscosity, particularly as the product cools and approaches ambient temperatures. Designed with a clean bore and large surface areas, the risk of valve failure normally associated with jamming, is vastly reduced. Typically, our pressure relief valve is fitted together with our 80mm vacuum relief valve.
