100mm Butterfly Valve

The 100mm butterfly valve is used as a secondary valve and is fitted together with either a bottom outlet valve or flush valve. The butterfly valve offers back-up to the primary valve and can be used in bottom loading environments. The valve is designed to clamp between two pipe flanges, with a clean bore and no cavities. The valves are marked with the direction of opening and of the operating mechanism. The opening-closing handle assembly is designed to lock into place in both the open and closed position by pulling and releasing the handle away from the valve. MAINTENANCE Care must be taken to avoid damaging the seal or the internal sealing area of the valve. Due to dirt and foreign objects found in many of the local products, we recommend that the seal be replaced as often as possible. Clean regularly with appropriate cleaning agent to prevent product build up or damage to moving parts.
