100mm manually operated heavy duty, steam jacketed Flush Valve with 60 degree bend, gasket sealing disc and flanged outet

The AMF pneumatic heavy-duty oil jacketed flush valve is a primary valve fitted directly to the road tanker sump flange for both loading and off-loading products. The valve is designed with an outer jacket, which is heated via heat transfer oil, to prevent temperature sensitive products from solidify inside the valve body (to be used in conjunction with road tankers with internal flues, and external heat box). This version was developed and manufactured to meet everchanging industry and customer demands. With a pre-set temperature (via a temperature sperate controller), the temperature of the product within the main body can be maintained during transportation. This valve is fitted with a heavy-duty spindle and sealing disc (aka poppet) to break through crusts formed directly above. Designed as a hard-working valve the internal seals can be compressed to compensate for wear and tear by way of external adjustment – even when the tank is fully loaded. Depending on the application, the valve can be ordered with a 60 or 90 degrees bends, and either a gasket or taper sealing disc arrangement.
